The Problem

In PoiPet, young adults navigate some unique challenges like financial instability, limited opportunities, and recent border conflicts. These conditions have created an environment where fear outweighs ambition. Many young Cambodians face a profound question: "Now what?" These young adults currently lack clarity about their calling and how to make a meaningful contribution to their communities.The result is a generation of young adults who feel stuck. They feel ambitious but afraid, full of potential but lacking direction. This leadership school aims to address those issues. Giving Cambodian young adults tangible and practical leadership training. By doing this, we can create generational change in multiple levels of society.

Mission Statement

The Leadership School exists to help young Cambodians discern God's calling for their lives and develop the character, skills, and vision to become difference-makers for Christ in their communities.

Vision Statement

To see Cambodian youth fully equipped with the truth of God's Word. Empowering them with leadership and practical skills, including deep spiritual understanding. Helping them to become influential leaders who plant, grow, and serve in cities across Cambodia, for God's glory and the transformation of society in Cambodia.
